4. To provide equal playing time for each player.

5. To improved the physical and social development of all participants through sport.

Recreation League Philosophy

The goal of London Water Polo's "Introduction to Water Polo" program has several intents:

1. Increase awareness and opportunities for Londoners to participate in the sport.

2. Allow young people to play water polo in an atmosphere of fun and development

3. The "Introduction to Water Polo" program allows our young coaches, under the    guidance of the club's head coach, to learn about the game while  encouraging young players to excel and develop at their own pace.

**Athlete and parental feedback is encouraged so that we may continue to improve and develop our programs.
